Strong Work Ethics are a requirement for the caregivers we hire. We don't settle for caregivers being on their phones during their shift unless it is an urgent matter.
Payroll
You don't have to worry about paying your caregiver. We take care of all of the taxes, Medicare and Social Security.
Your caregiver is also covered by Workers Compensation should he/ she get injured on the job.
We are fully transparent
Many Companies have a
non-compete clause
in their agreement. This keeps you and your caregiver stuck with that company, even if you are not satisfied.
We do not have that clause in our contract.
